Well if you are wondering why 5$ is lessened to 3.92 $, here's the Math..
With what the Buyer pays 5$, 4$ goes to your account and 1$ remains to Fiverr as the Agency Commission..
When you request for Fund Transfer from Fiverr to you Paypal account, 0.08 is the Service Charge.. don't worry it's not much when your doing great at Fiverr!
